• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that encourage clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.
• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic, one-on-one therapy that helps clients explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and create actionable plans for improvement.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design personalized, goal-driven treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.
• Progress Monitoring: Assess and document clients’ progress, utilizing various evaluation tools and feedback to inform care strategies and therapeutic approaches.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate care, communicate client progress, and address complex cases effectively.

This role specifically targets young adults who may be dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and transitional life challenges. You will create a safe space for clients to express themselves, regain confidence, and learn coping mechanisms essential for their journeys towards recovery.

• Education: A Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Licensure: Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience working with clients in outpatient or residential settings, specifically focusing on mood disorders and other mental health challenges.

• Clinical Skills: Proficient in methodologies such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), along with strong documentation practices.
