• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of treatment records and clinical reports, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to construct comprehensive, individualized treatment plans with clear objectives and expected outcomes.

• Facilitate patient safety, symptom reduction, and overall wellbeing through proactive intervention strategies while fostering a team-oriented atmosphere that emphasizes shared responsibilities and achievement of care goals.

• Coordinate with external mental health agencies and referral services, establishing effective interprofessional relationships to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in mentoring, coaching, and educational opportunities for students and interns, promoting professional development within the field.

• Participate actively in peer review, clinical collaboration, and chart audits, contributing to team growth and quality improvement initiatives under the guidance of your clinical supervisor.

The target client population primarily includes students and families confronting the challenges associated with cancer diagnoses. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Possession of a current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
