• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and create treatment plans.
• Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and therapy needs.
• Conducting individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' circumstances.
• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and wellness coaches, to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to both legal and ethical guidelines.

Your client base will consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique emotional challenges. You will support clients with various disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and addiction. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
