HealthDyne’s Account Manager is a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, and driving account success across the organization.

Role Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for the total service experience of assigned accounts, acting as the primary liaison between the client and HealthDyne. The role supports the Account Team in delivering high-quality service, maintaining strong client relations, and achieving account goals LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, plan management, and timely issue resolution LinkedIn+1.

  • Account Oversight: Own the service experience of clients, coordinate with internal teams (finance, IT, legal, sales, clinical, etc.) to understand and meet client needs, and manage contract monitoring, renewals, and implementation support LinkedIn.

  • Service Delivery: Ensure issues are resolved promptly and accurately, using tools and processes to meet or exceed client expectations LinkedIn.

  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s industry and business needs, and provide education on industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape LinkedIn.
