Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision sessions to practicum students aiming for clinical licensure, facilitating their professional development and skill-building.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals seeking mental health support, as well as offer couples and family therapy to address relational dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and local community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be vital in providing mental health services to a varied client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent in the mental health field.
