Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients’ mental health needs and developing appropriate treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in Texas.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with expertise specifically in psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits
