Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and intake interviews to accurately understand clients' mental health issues and resources.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set realistic goals and incorporate specific interventions, continuously monitoring progress towards those goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers—to ensure clients receive coordinated and holistic care.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and undertake risk assessments as necessary, providing immediate support and safety plans for clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, complying with all ethical and legal standards to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and practice.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions, aiming to enhance community support and shared learning experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health or outpatient environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and their application in practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapeutic practices is a plus, as this position will leverage technology to connect with clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and care coordination.
• Previous involvement in collaborative care teams and knowledge of community resources in the Odessa area enhances effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
