About the Opportunity

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, polished professional who excels at building relationships, generating new business, and representing a modern recruitment brand. You will play a key role in expanding FenixHire's client base while benefiting directly from the revenue you generate.

What You'll Do

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls and present FenixHire's recruitment solutions
  • Expand FenixHire's presence in high-demand markets nationwide
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to facilitate successful placements
  • Track activity, pipeline performance, and revenue outcomes
  • Represent the FenixHire brand with professionalism, urgency, and confidence

  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, recruiting, or staffing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation

100% Commission-Only Position

Please note: This position does not offer a base salary, hourly wage, draw, or guaranteed compensation. Compensation is earned exclusively through commissions.

Successful Business Development Executives have the potential to earn $85,000 to $180,000+ annually, depending on performance, client acquisition, and successful placements.
