Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to appraise clients’ mental health conditions, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, adapting approaches to match clients' specific needs and preferences.
• Engage in meaningful dialogue with clients to set therapeutic goals while providing ongoing encouragement and strategies throughout their healing journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is strongly preferred.
