• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the behavioral health needs of patients, determining appropriate diagnoses and care plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with the evolving needs of patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Provide direct counseling services, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support patients in addressing their mental health issues.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients, effectively communicating on ongoing behavioral health needs.
• Remain informed about current medical terminology and practices, utilizing this knowledge to consult with healthcare providers as necessary.
• Prioritize patient safety by adhering to best practices in treatment and social service provision, minimizing the risk of healthcare errors.

You will work primarily with individuals in the early stages of recovery—from detoxification to ongoing therapeutic support. Our patient base includes adults navigating the complexities of addiction, co-occurring mental health disorders, and recovery challenges. Your expertise will help facilitate their transition through the detox process and establish a foundation for long-term wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LICSW) or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years’ experience in social services, particularly in psychiatric or behavioral health settings.
• Certification or training in the safe management of disruptive behavior is essential to ensure the safety of all patients and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

• Experience working in detox or addiction treatment settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a wide array of mental health treatment methodologies.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, with additional benefits that enhance your overall compensation package.
