Part-Time Merchandiser (Weekends + Flexible Weekday)

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Youll be the champion of our product presentation across local retail and grocery stores. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Creating Eye-Catching Displays: Stock, rotate, and arrange products on shelves, in coolers, and in promotional displays so they always look pristine.
  • Owning Your Space: Organize backrooms and inventory storage, ensuring everything is safe, neat, and easy to access.
  • Building Connections: Be a friendly, reliable face for store managers and staff, building strong partnerships at every stop.
  • Cruising Your Route: Drive a company vehicle (or your personal vehicle if local to your hometown, like Sequim or Port Townsend) to service your designated accounts.
  • Working Autonomously: Manage your own pace and stay productive while working independently.

What It Takes (Physical Requirements)

This is a high-energy, labor-intensive position. You'll stay in great shape by:

  • Repeatedly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing 2045 lbs over an 8 to 12-hour shift.
  • Bending, reaching, and squatting to keep shelves looking perfect.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (so you can be insured on our company vehicles should that apply).
  • Reliable, predictable attendanceespecially on weekends and holidays, our busiest times!
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical capabilities test.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience In:

  • Retail or grocery environments (understanding backroom operations, stocking aisles).
  • Moving product safely using equipment like U-boats, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
  • Customer service or account relationship building.
