• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health needs. You will tailor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. Your compassion and skill will facilitate clients’ self-discovery and personal growth.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records that adhere to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Collaborate with our vibrant treatment team in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance patient care quality, drawing upon diverse perspectives and strengths.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery journeys.

Our rehabilitation center serves a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. By leveraging your specialized skills, you will guide individuals toward resilience and recovery, contributing to their overall well-being and quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing a commitment to academic and professional excellence.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington, affirming your professional capability and dedication.
• Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, adapting methods to suit each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for establishing trust and fostering therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.

Competitive compensation for this remote LICSW position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
