• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients, accurately identifying their mental health conditions and crafting personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based methodologies that drive effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to deliver integrated care, enhancing treatment plans through shared insights and continuous knowledge exchange.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering open communication and engagement in the treatment process, which is crucial for sustained recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring all patient records are compliant with ethical guidelines.

Our client base is diverse, representing various cultural backgrounds and mental health challenges. As a mental health therapist, you will engage with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Your understanding of cultural nuances and ability to tailor therapy approaches will be essential in effectively addressing the unique needs of our patients.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and patient care.
• A thorough understanding of evidence-based practices applicable to a variety of mental health conditions, ensuring the application of best practices in treatment.
