• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, histories, and treatment objectives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients in formulating personalized treatment plans, continuously monitoring their progress and making adjustments as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal standards in clinical practice, ensuring clients feel safe and secure in their therapy journey.
• Engage actively in professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with best practices in clinical social work.

The clients you will work with at our detox center encompass a broad spectrum, including individuals grappling with substance abuse issues, mental health disorders, and the complexities that arise during recovery. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients overcome barriers and achieve their personal growth goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally within a private practice or a detox setting.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong capacity for empathy and understanding.

While not mandatory, experience working with substance abuse issues and a demonstrated understanding of addiction and recovery processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapeutic tools will also be beneficial as you navigate remote client interactions.
