As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will have diverse responsibilities aimed at providing comprehensive mental health care:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging and therapy-focused group sessions that encourage peer interaction, sharing of experiences, and collective learning.
• Individual Therapy: Provide individualized therapy sessions that help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, effectively creating coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to design goal-oriented treatment plans that focus on their specific needs, preferences, and aspirations for recovery.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress using evidence-based tools and feedback mechanisms to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other mental health professionals, participate in case consultations, and share insights to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating diverse mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional issues that impact their daily lives. Your expertise will guide them in overcoming obstacles, improving their mental resilience, and facilitating their journey towards recovery.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
• Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences are preferred:

• Proven experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting, particularly for young adults.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Previous involvement with multidisciplinary care teams.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
