You will utilize our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to conduct counseling sessions, ensuring confidentiality and security in every interaction. Our organization utilizes a sophisticated cloud-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, simplifying administrative tasks so you can focus on what really matters—caring for your clients.

• Provide high-quality counseling services, encompassing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Utilize cloud-based EHR for documentation and compliance with insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
• Support clients through evidence-based treatment programs designed to manage mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Offer therapeutic interventions that encourage personal growth and maintain client safety and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes and provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary, allowing you to create your own schedule while accommodating client needs.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex dual diagnoses. Your clinical expertise will be crucial in implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at empowering these clients toward recovery and wellbeing.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting, utilizing your own computer with reliable internet and video capabilities.
• Successful completion of a background check as part of the hiring process.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and cloud-based EHR systems to facilitate efficient client care.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary team settings enhancing the delivery of client services.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations to tailor therapeutic approaches effectively.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on education, experience, and specialization. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
