This position is entirely remote, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while addressing the mental health needs of our clients. You will have the flexibility to create your schedule, accommodating clients with evening and weekend appointments. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools to develop a holistic understanding of clients' mental health.
• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that encompass defined therapeutic goals and interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to adjust care as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessment and safety planning, to support clients during acute mental health episodes.
• Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups designed to empower clients with knowledge and skills for managing their mental health.

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and situational stressors. The diversity of our clientele enhances the richness of the therapeutic experience, allowing for varied perspectives and approaches in treatment.

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• You must hold an active clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment frameworks is essential to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to client-centered care are crucial for fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient care setting.
