This full-time position is integral to our mission of delivering high-quality mental health services and compassionate care. With a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, this role offers both financial reward and the opportunity to make a transformative difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges.

About the Organization

Trinity Care Psychotherapy is a renowned outpatient mental health clinic located in Santa Ana, California, focused on eliminating barriers to mental health access. Our experienced team specializes in a comprehensive range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, major depression, trauma-related conditions, and much more. We firmly believe in fostering a supportive environment that nurtures healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Work Environment

Our team operates entirely in a remote setting, leveraging modern technology to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. This flexible work environment allows our clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities while maintaining their personal lives. We prioritize collaboration, offering regular team meetings and opportunities for consultation and peer support to enhance our therapists' effectiveness and job satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather in-depth information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a tailored approach to care.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans that specify measurable goals and relevant therapeutic interventions, continually monitoring client progress and adapting as necessary.
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, developing safety plans tailored to the client's unique needs when issues of safety arise.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and support groups, helping clients connect with peers and build supportive relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other required paperwork.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from young children to older adults, each seeking personalized mental health support. You will be equipped to address a multitude of issues—including stress management, relationship conflicts, and mental health disorders—through evidence-based practices that enhance their coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are essential for effective client interaction and care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred to ensure a higher level of competency in providing therapeutic interventions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches is critical for success in this position.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 120,000 and 140,000 annually, with additional opportunities for sign-on bonuses as a reward for your commitment to mental health care. Trinity Care Psychotherapy offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Health insurance coverage encompassing medical, dental, and vision options that meet the diverse needs of our team members.
  • 401(k) retirement plans with employer matching to support your long-term financial stability.
  • Generous paid time off that includes vacation days, personal days, and recognized holidays to ensure work-life balance.
  • Continued education and training programs that enable you to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge further.
  • Insurance provided for professional liability coverage, ensuring peace of mind as you undertake your vital work.

At Trinity Care Psychotherapy, we believe in nurturing the professional growth of our team members. You will have access to ongoing training opportunities, supervisory support during case management, and avenues for advancement within the organization. As we expand our services, there is potential for leadership roles and specialized positions for enthusiastic and capable clinicians.
