This position is remote and utilizes telehealth technology, allowing you to engage with clients in an accessible and convenient manner. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing comprehensive screening tools to gather vital information.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances and recovery goals, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various mental health disorders.
• Engage in collaborative case management, working with the treatment team to discuss client progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Educate and empower clients and their families, providing resources and information that promote active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in line with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

You will primarily work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and their families. These individuals may present a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your focus will be on establishing strong therapeutic alliances, thereby fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and healing.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling practices, showcasing an understanding of various therapeutic methodologies and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.

• Experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence in addressing the needs of clients from various backgrounds.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based practices relevant to a range of mental health disorders.
