As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your expertise will be vital in the following areas:

• Conducting detailed assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, followed by the formulation and implementation of personalized treatment plans.
• Designing evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s unique challenges and aspirations, facilitating a supportive therapeutic alliance.
• Leading engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure holistic and integrated care.
• Educating and involving clients' families, providing crucial support and resources to enhance understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Meticulously documenting clinical notes and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

The clients you will work with span a diverse spectrum, encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clientele may experience conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and motivate clients in their recovery journeys.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have:
