• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client through thorough assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored approaches.
• Maintain accurate clinical records compliant with legal and ethical standards, contributing to measurable patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance comprehensive client care plans and participate in regular team meetings to improve service delivery.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay updated on emerging mental health trends and therapeutic techniques.

In this role, counselors will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Our patients typically seek support for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance misuse. By offering personalized, effective therapy, you will play a critical role in empowering clients to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• Aminimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly desirable.
• Experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms will be advantageous.

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, complemented by a generous bonus structure. Additionally, we are proud to offer a SIGN-ON BONUS to new hires.
