• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, tailoring approaches based on individual circumstances.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with clients and families, fostering trust and engagement.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes.

A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies will be an advantage.
