Job Details:

• Professionally handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Gather customer information accurately and efficiently
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Educate customers on products, services, and healthcare benefits
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Meet attendance, productivity, and performance expectations
• Resolve customer concerns whenever possible using one-call resolution
• Follow company policies while maintaining a customer-focused approach
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
• Adapt to changes in procedures and business needs
• Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Work-from-Home Requirements

Internet:

• Wired Ethernet connection required (wireless is not permitted)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Healthcare or medical terminology experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable working with senior citizens
• Ability to identify customer needs and explain available services
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
• Dedicated home workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
