Job description

Run large-scale, high-velocity onboarding for distributed talent cohorts. Activate and manage global talent pools supporting AI training and data operations. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.

Anticipate and resolve operational blockers with speed and clarity. Drive customer success outcomes across ongoing AI deployments. Track and report weekly performance metrics and milestones with high signal.

Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale onboarding and distributed teams. Strong client communication and customer management skills. Deep ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.

Comfort leading 100+ contributors in remote environments. Data-driven approach with experience using dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. Excellent written communication skills—clear, structured, and direct.
