Job Overview

We are seeking experienced GIS / Geospatial Experts with hands-on experience in GIS, remote sensing, spatial analytics, and AI coding agents. You will apply your technical expertise to evaluate and document real-world geospatial workflows and help improve next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI training experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert analysis and feedback on GIS and geospatial challenges.

  • Document technical workflows using Python and AI coding agents.

  • Apply tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and Claude Science to real-world technical tasks.

  • Evaluate AI-generated solutions for complex geospatial problems, debugging, and code development.

  • Document problem-solving approaches, workflows, and technical outcomes.

  • Contribute to datasets and evaluation frameworks for AI training and benchmarking.

  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to refine documentation and project requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience in GIS, remote sensing, spatial analytics, or related geospatial fields.

  • Hands-on experience using AI coding agents for technical or geospatial projects.

  • Proficiency in Python and geospatial technologies.

  • Experience working with complex codebases, debugging, or end-to-end feature development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to clearly document technical workflows for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience collaborating with remote or multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications
