Remote weekend event planners rely heavily on digital tools and proactive communication to manage logistics with vendors and clients. They typically use video conferencing, project management platforms, and instant messaging to ensure everyone stays aligned on event details and timelines. Building strong relationships and setting clear expectations in advance are crucial, as in-person site visits may not be possible.
