• Engaging with clients in teletherapy sessions to establish and monitor treatment goals that align with their mental health needs.
• Designing prevention-oriented therapy sessions tailored to individual client circumstances and fostering a safe environment for sharing and healing.
• Implementing and reviewing comprehensive treatment plans, adjusting interventions based on client progress and feedback.
• Collaborating with other health professionals, community resources, and placement agencies to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in line with HIPAA regulations.
• Participating in weekly team meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Actively contributing to a positive work environment that promotes mental well-being for both clients and staff.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele may face issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and more. Your role is crucial in providing them with the skills and support they need to navigate their journeys toward recovery and stability.

• A valid, fully licensed counselor designation (LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW) is required.
• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of one year of experience in mental health counseling or related fields is essential.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and the ability to utilize them in supporting clients effectively.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
• A demonstrated ability to build rapport, trust, and therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Exemplary leadership qualities that contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and engaging clients in a virtual environment.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and psychosocial interventions.
• Experience in working with specific populations such as youth, couples, or families.
