• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes according to company protocols and licensing regulations.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish appropriate therapy goals.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Welkins Mind Healthcare, you will primarily work with a diverse population that may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and with differing needs will be crucial to fostering recovery and promoting mental health resilience.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting following your graduate training.
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills to effectively engage clients and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health disorders and patient demographics.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of maintaining accurate documentation and case records.

The salary for this full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, with compensation based on clinical experience and client engagement.
