• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, employing relevant diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with client goals and documented therapeutic progress.
• Facilitating individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic care to clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance treatment delivery.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A demonstrated ability to provide effective individual and group therapy, backed by a solid understanding of evidence-based techniques.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for maintaining client records and collaborating with team members.
• A steadfast commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in practice.

• At least 1 year of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic approaches.
• Experience working collaboratively within a treatment team.
