• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address specific challenges.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions through telecommunication platforms, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Lead group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive atmosphere where participants can share experiences and strategies for coping with mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and progress to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage with clients’ families, providing them with education and resources to support their loved ones during recovery, and involve them in the treatment process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects clinical observations and progress notes.

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct mental health counseling in a clinical setting.
