How does working remotely on weekends in a cyber security role impact team collaboration and communication?

In a remote weekend cyber security position, collaboration often relies heavily on digital communication tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and ticketing systems. You'll likely have regular check-ins with your team and may participate in virtual incident response drills to ensure seamless handovers. While you may work independently on specific tasks, quick coordination during security incidents is critical, so strong written communication skills are especially valuable in this environment.
