• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another, applying evidence-based techniques to foster a sense of community.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions focused on exploring clients' thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while helping them develop personalized coping strategies and actionable plans.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate actively with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to address their unique needs and preferences, ensuring that clients are engaged in their recovery process.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track clients' progress, adapting treatment strategies as needed to guarantee meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals within our organization to ensure comprehensive care. This includes regular communication, coordinating treatment efforts, and consulting on complex client cases to optimize client outcomes.

Our primary focus is on young adults who are navigating mental health and mood disorders. You will engage with clients in an empathetic and respectful manner, assisting them as they confront various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and transitional life issues. The objective is to inspire hope and provide the tools necessary for lasting recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health treatment, particularly in outpatient or residential settings.
• Strong clinical skills, including familiarity with motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• A collaborative attitude with a passion for fostering positive, transformative change in clients.

Experience working with diverse populations and varying age groups within mental health settings is advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will enhance your ability to provide effective care in a remote environment.
