Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work comfortably from anywhere while remaining fully engaged with our community of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate engaging and supportive group therapy sessions where clients can openly share their experiences and support one another in a safe environment.
• Provide Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized therapy to clients, employing empathetic counseling techniques to help them unpack their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique preferences and address their specific mental health needs.
• Monitor Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to track and evaluate client progress, ensuring they are meeting their therapeutic goals and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Coordinate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a cohesive approach to treatment that addresses all aspects of client health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Clinical Skills: Strong competencies in motivation interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy are essential.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in mental health treatment settings, especially residential or outpatient programs.

Compensation and Benefits
