• Provide impactful individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, maintaining ethical standards and compassion throughout the process.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities that empower clients and facilitate discussions around their needs and challenges.
• Craft personalized treatment plans that address the specific goals and circumstances of each client, regularly updating them as necessary based on client progress.
• Facilitate self-awareness in clients by guiding discussions around their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor client development throughout the treatment process and assist them in establishing effective coping strategies to handle stress and mental health challenges.

You will be serving a diverse population of stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your role will be essential in helping them enhance their quality of life by developing coping skills and gaining deeper insights into their mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Candidates must hold one of the following licenses, allowing for independent practice without supervision:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Providers must not hold a limited or provisional license and should have no disciplinary actions on their record.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for fostering client relationships.
• Proficiency in computer use is necessary to navigate the telehealth platform effectively.

Applicants should possess at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, allowing them to assist clients confidently with a range of issues. Experience using telehealth services is a plus, but not mandatory.
