• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A relevant Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients in a remote setting, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.
• Empathy, compassion, and deep understanding of clients' unique mental health experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills, enabling efficient management of therapy schedules and documentation.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or working in a completely remote setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices tailored for virtual therapy.
• Proven ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in client interactions and managing sensitive information.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, dependent on caseload and experience.
