• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via a secure video platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Utilize a proprietary chat-bot to offer timely therapeutic support outside of scheduled sessions, enhancing client engagement.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our web-based management system comprehensively and accurately.
• Evaluate clients to identify appropriate treatment levels and implement targeted interventions based on interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Continually assess and adapt therapeutic techniques to align with best practices and state regulations surrounding telehealth services.
• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships remotely, employing techniques to foster trust and create strong connections with clients.
• Stay informed on current telehealth policies and integrate them into practice to ensure compliance and improve service delivery.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings to remain up-to-date on evidence-based practices and organizational goals.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted California LCSW license.
