About RainFocus
RainFocus cares about its employees, customers, and the world in which we live. Our rapidly growing team serves Fortune 500 companies like Adobe, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, VMware, and others to prepare and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, across the world. • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Project Managers, and designers to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
  • Develop advanced, branded prototypes for new features and customer experiences.
  • Engage directly with new and existing clients to discuss and plan solutions for their branding requirements.
  • Ensure all code is maintainable, scalable, and cross-browser compatible.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices in all applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of high-quality, maintainable code.

Required Experience/ Skills:
  • 3+ years of professional web development experience.
  • Strong, working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors like SASS.
  • Good experience with front-end development using modern vanilla JavaScript and frameworks, particularly React and Svelte.
  • Proven ability to write maintainable, scalable, responsive, and cross-browser code.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Takes ownership, is self-motivated, and a creative thinker.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Works well in a fast-paced, pivoting environment.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Experience with client-facing conversations and strategic planning.
  • Experience with Web Components.
  • Experience with email templating and web page theming.
  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks.
