Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health conditions, strengths, and areas for growth, utilizing tools and methodologies tailored for remote evaluations.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to a virtual format as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to create an integrated care plan that addresses the multifaceted needs of each patient.
  • Educate patients and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and medication management, ensuring clarity and understanding in all communications.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering an engaging online environment that encourages participation and connection.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in cooperation with the treatment team, weaving in patient goals, preferences, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications
