This role is equal parts strategist, operator, analyst, and storyteller. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager role is responsible for leading Consuela's customer acquisition ecosystem across paid, earned, and organic channels with a focus on driving new-to-brand customer growth. This individual contributor role owns the development of insight-driven acquisition strategies designed to expand awareness, deepen audience engagement, and deliver measurable business impact across our omnichannel business.
The ideal candidate is deeply curious about consumer behavior and energized by identifying opportunities to reach new audiences in thoughtful, creative, and performance-driven ways. They understand how full-funnel marketing ecosystems work together and are equally comfortable analyzing performance data, collaborating with agency partners, building audience strategies, and refining campaign execution through continuous optimization.
This role partners closely with Marketing Strategy, Brand Creative, Digital Commerce, Retail, Analytics, and external agency partners to ensure acquisition strategies are aligned with the Consuela brand experience while delivering strong business outcomes.
This role is based onsite in Austin, Texas. Remote candidates will not be considered.
