Mind Wealth Therapies is looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional mental health services to clients in Bakersfield, California. This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your expertise contributes directly to positive client outcomes.

Work Environment

The LPCC will work remotely, operating from the comfort of their own environment while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team. Our focus on collaboration allows for a shared approach to treatment, ensuring our counselors can connect with each other and participate in professional development. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend shifts to accommodate client appointments as necessary.

  • Design and implement personalized evidence-based treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances and aspirations.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client populations.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams to enhance the quality of care and ensure a holistic treatment approach.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
