By providing strategic capital, Petershill supports the creation of long-term value, enabling GPs to enhance employee retention, facilitate business development, buy out legacy equity holders, and create broader strategic options, all while preserving the autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit of these organizations. To date, Petershill has partnered with over fifty alternative asset management firms and has raised over $17.0bn of commitments in private fund commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in cultivating relationships with leading alternative asset managers for GP stakes and related capital solutions; contribute to thematic sourcing initiatives to support a robust pipeline
  • Monitor the performance and risk profile of existing portfolio investments

Qualifications
