Aftermarket Filtration Representative

Vytal Filtration Technologies US is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Aftermarket Filtration Representative to help expand our presence in the water and power generation markets.

In this field-based sales role, you will connect customers with industrial filtration solutions from across the Vytal family of companies, including Vytal Filtration Technologies (VFT), American Filter Manufacturing (AFM), Industrial Filter Manufacturing (IFM), and Liquid Filter Housing (LFH). You will develop new business, grow existing accounts, and serve as a trusted resource to customers seeking reliable, effective filtration solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within the water and power generation markets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and customer engagement.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, distributors, engineers, plant managers, purchasing professionals, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and uncover opportunities for additional business.
  • Recommend filtration products and solutions that improve customer performance and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical solutions with support from company leadership and internal teams.
  • Manage customer accounts with a focus on retention, satisfaction, profitability, and long-term growth.
  • Promote the full portfolio of VFT, AFM, IFM, and LFH products.
  • Collaborate with customer service, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and leadership to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer support.
  • Monitor competitive activity, industry developments, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate customer, sales activity, pipeline, and opportunity information in the company’s CRM.
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows, strategic planning, and new product initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Three to five years of outside sales experience in an industrial, manufacturing, technical, or B2B environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop new business, manage customer accounts, and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into practical solutions.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently in a remote and field-based environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving organization.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, engineering, marketing, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
Preferred Experience
  • Industrial filtration, water treatment, fluid handling, process equipment, or engineered solutions.
  • Manufacturing and industrial customer environments.
  • CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Established customer relationships within relevant industrial markets.
Travel and Work Environment

This is a remote/home-office position with frequent field-based customer interaction. Regular travel is required for customer visits, business development, trade shows, industry events, and company meetings. Overnight travel will be required based on business needs.

The position includes visits to manufacturing facilities, industrial plants, and customer sites where personal protective equipment may be required. Candidates must be able to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods and occasionally lift product samples, displays, or marketing materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
