This collaborative approach helps ensure that pets receive consistent care and that clients feel informed and reassured.

What are Remote Walkers?

Empower network teams to drive data driven performance improvement with NEMT's to ensure the achievement of KPIs such as on-time performance, trip completion rates and member satisfaction, implement performance improvement plans or network adjustments as needed
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on market trends including supplier, client, competitor and regulator actions
  • Compliance: Support the credentialing and compliance processes, led by the Director of Compliance, to ensure all providers meet all federal, state, and local regulations governing NEMT services
  • Client / Regulator Engagement: Support client JOC's, audits, reporting requirements, and accreditation processes as needed

Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience managing networks with greater than $250M of run rate spend.
  • Expertise in network vendor management, vendor operations, or transportation/logistics (last mile, healthcare logistics, TNC or NEMT experience preferred)
  • Proven experience building long term supplier relationships and managing distributed vendor networks across multiple geographies
  • Strong background in contracting, negotiations, and cost management
  • Proven experience leveraging dynamic pricing tools and achieving price targets
  • Proven experience using a tech-infused delivery model
