Job description

Description
This position is responsible for executing the Enterprise business development and growth strategy, including prospecting, in-person, and remote selling. In this role, you will be responsible and held accountable for growing and diversifying Alacrity's various operating divisions. You will assist in the development of sales strategies, develop sales attainment goals, and monitor and report on sales activities and progress. You will also be responsible for managing relationships, including contract negotiation, rates, and escalations.
Requirements

• Report to the Chief Client Officer and learn Alacrity's processes, account management, operational performance, competitive landscape, pricing strategies, etc.
• Prepare or contribute to weekly and monthly reports by diligently documenting activities with Alacrity's CRM (HubSpot).
• Prepare customer presentations and contribute to marketing materials, including proposals and formal solicitation responses.
• Lead sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Find new business opportunities where we do not have an existing relationship or are actively receiving business.
• Vet leads, ensuring each opportunity is with a viable business partner poised for growth and capable of meeting Alacrity's payment terms.
• Enhance and nurture existing business relationships.
• Respond to all emails; texts or phone calls (direct and cell) from team members, Alacrity operations and our business partners in a timely manner.
• Utilize Alacrity-approved technology to track sales leads, meetings, proposals, and other client-related communication and correspondence.
• Attend any requested meetings or associations as set forth.
• Always represent Alacrity in a professional and friendly manner.
• Attend Supplier and Customer events and conferences.
• Learn and understand Alacrity's mission statement and the pledge of the company to understand our core values.
• Learn and understand Alacrity's various operational divisions and how each works with our customers.
• Perform other projects and tasks as required.
