Regular virtual meetings and check-ins will be scheduled to provide continuous support and engagement with the team.

As an LICSW, you will be responsible for:

• Directly engaging with clients both in virtual settings and within the community to provide support for those experiencing major mental health conditions and severe emotional disorders.
• Building rapport and establishing trust with clients, leading to effective therapeutic relationships that prioritize individual needs and preferences.
• Conducting evidence-based assessments and creating integrated care plans tailored to the unique situations of clients, facilitating access to necessary services.
• Implementing brief, focused intervention strategies that aim to prevent, treat, and promote recovery while monitoring client progress and outcomes.
• Providing crisis intervention as necessary, supporting clients during periods of acute distress.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance our shared goals, contributing positively to team dynamics and collective outcomes.
• Ensuring adherence to all clinical standards and ethical guidelines, fostering an environment of safety and excellence in practice.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing diverse psychological challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Many of our clients come from underserved populations and face barriers to accessing traditional healthcare services. As such, a commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity is essential, ensuring the delivery of empathetic and tailored support to individuals from varied backgrounds.

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A current and valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
• A demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments, treatment, and crisis management pertaining to mental health.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and other team members.
• A profound understanding of ethical practices and professional conduct within clinical settings.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance your candidacy:

• A minimum of two years of experience as a clinical social worker, preferably in a community health environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally responsive practices.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies to streamline care delivery and documentation.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
