• Provide weekly supervision sessions for practicum students who are in the process of obtaining clinical licensure or completing their Master’s programs, ensuring they receive constructive feedback and professional guidance.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to individual clients, couples, and families to promote mental wellness and personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and share resources that enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in the formulation and execution of individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records of client progress, adhering to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on current research, emerging therapies, and industry best practices to further enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations seeking mental health support. Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families who face a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. As a therapist, you will help these clients navigate their unique paths toward recovery and wellness, creating tailored therapeutic approaches that resonate with their individual experiences.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is essential for practice.
• Professional liability insurance must be maintained.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required.

Experience in supervising and training practicum students or interns is highly desirable, as this role contains a significant mentorship component. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques will also be beneficial.

The salary range for this position is between USD 65,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
