This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining essential connections with the outpatient office. You will interact with various interdisciplinary team members, share ideas, and collaborate effectively to drive patient care initiatives. • Provide direct clinical services to clients facing severe mental health issues, including conducting assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring coordination of services and resources.
• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, assessing client safety and working collaboratively with families and other stakeholders.
• Monitor client progress and treatment compliance, ensuring that care aligns with their presenting challenges and preferences.
• Document client interactions and treatment updates consistently in our electronic health record system, ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions.
• Participate actively as a member of the treatment team, striving to incorporate feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to determine client needs, facilitating access to additional services when warranted.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them to community resources and support systems that enhance their overall well-being.
• Participate in quality improvement committees, contributing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in clinical social work.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required for this position.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of two years of experience working as a clinician in a mental health setting, with expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and the treatment of mental health disorders.
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage a caseload while meeting client needs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate efficiently with clients, families, and team members.
• Knowledge and sensitivity towards various cultural, social, and economic factors affecting client mental health.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, as it allows for better communication with diverse clients.
• Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms is preferred to facilitate remote care delivery.
• Adeptness in crisis management and intervention techniques is an asset for this role.
