Join our collaborative Sales Team

The role is responsible for developing and executing the Imaging Solutions SBU sales strategy and sales management activities across East of USA. Based in Charlotte or around, the objective is to achieve targeted sales levels, profit objectives, and sustainable pipeline growth across the assigned territory.

As a Sales Manager NDT Digital Imaging - Imaging Solutions, East of USA, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and customer success
  • Managing the complexity of the full sales life cycle to successful customer completion
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and decision makers at customer sites to manage the complexity of the sales proposal
  • Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
  • Being the central point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams, encouraging both team and account growth
  • Being responsible for selling the Imaging Solutions SBU portfolio, including Siefert Digital Imaging CR and DR solutions, and generators including Titan and Eresco, to key customers across North America
  • Leading country and regional sales responsibilities across North America, building customer relationships, managing forecasts, and driving sales growth for the Imaging Solutions SBU
  • Developing account plans and go-to-market actions for Siefert Digital Imaging CR/DR, and Titan and Eresco generator opportunities in priority segments
  • Working closely with product management, service, applications, and commercial operations teams to support customer success, technical positioning, pricing discipline, and deal closure

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have bachelor's from an accredited university or college in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an equivalent role.
  • Have commercial and technical experience in Imaging Solutions, industrial radiography, CR/DR digital imaging, films, X-ray generators, or other related NDT products, able to demonstrate our technical solution on customers' applications.
  • Have excellent sales skills, with the ability to teach, train and inspire others
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be self-assured presenting to a wide range of audiences
  • Being a natural, proactive communicator with good negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate your passion for building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders from all levels of the organization
  • Have experience providing innovative, adaptive technical solutions and support to customers
  • Be able to travel within North America as required by the territory, with up to 50% travel expected
  • Be able to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries
  • Be able to demonstrate deep project management skills and process improvement skills
