Hours: up to 20 hours per week

Position Overview

La Sierra University is seeking a visually inventive student Graphic Designer to create high-performing digital assets that define our brand's online aesthetic. You will be responsible for translating academic and spiritual concepts into visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design platform-specific graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Ensure all visual elements align with the La Sierra University "Change Your World" brand messaging and color palettes.
  • Create clear Call-to-Action assets designed to drive traffic to the University's website.
  • Optimize video thumbnails for high Click-Through Rates (CTR) and design visual hooks for the first 3 seconds of vertical videos.
  • Implement ADA-compliant design standards, including high-contrast text and CamelCase hashtag integration in graphics.

Weekly Expectations

Time Commitment

  • Up to 20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling around classes

Content Output

  • Minimum: 4 graphic assets per week
