Entry-Level Candidate

Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level candidate to support our Graphic Department with organizing and maintaining our digital artwork catalog. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience working with graphic assets and Adobe Illustrator in a collaborative environment. The position will focus on cataloging artwork, maintaining organization, and assisting with updates to ensure our graphic library is accurate and easy to navigate.

Responsibilities:

•    Build and maintain a digital catalog of graphic artwork.
•    Organize and categorize artwork files for easy access and consistency.
•    Use Adobe Illustrator on a Mac to update and manage artwork files.
•    Create and display three color variations for each artwork as part of the cataloging process.
•    Ensure artwork is accurately labeled and organized according to department standards.

Requirements:.

    •    Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and AI.
    •    Familiarity with Mac operating systems.
    •    Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Apps a plus.
    •    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    •    Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
    •    Excellent communication and time management skills.
