This position is designed for a completely remote work setting, enabling counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own home. Although the role is virtual, you will be part of an engaged team dedicated to positive outcomes. Our outpatient model allows you to work flexible hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, tailoring your day to maximize productivity and work-life balance.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions effectively, customizing each approach based on the specific needs of clients and employing therapeutic techniques aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and initiate innovative therapeutic programs, enhancing the care delivered to our diverse client demographics.
• Engage in communication during credentialing processes as well as interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collective therapeutic efforts and ensure comprehensive client care.
• Utilize approved monitoring systems to track and document treatment outcomes, ensuring that adjustments can be made for continual improvement in patient care.
• Collect feedback from clients and employ adaptive strategies to increase the efficacy of therapeutic interventions and enhance overall services.
• Support additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to a team-based approach to client care and organizational objectives.

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families across various age groups and backgrounds, helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. By focusing on client-centered care, you will create safe spaces that foster trust and encourage open dialogue, which is essential for effective therapy.

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active LPCC licensure in California, demonstrating your qualifications to practice and provide therapeutic services.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical counseling, illustrating a solid grasp of therapeutic techniques and ethical practices.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and a dedication to continuing education and personal development within the mental health field.
• A demonstrated commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration, emphasizing client-focused care that considers holistic well-being.

While not mandatory, experience with specific therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy will be seen as an asset. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology will help facilitate efficient virtual therapy sessions.
